Elite is led by Jonathan Balfour, CEO, who Lonsdale backed initially in 2018. Jonathan is supported by a strong senior team including Claire Hussey (CFO) and other highly experienced individuals.
Since Lonsdale’s investment, Elite has grown from a single site to three sites, successfully completing the acquisition of CB Technology (Livingston, Scotland) in 2024 and Kingfield Electronics (Chesterfield, England) in 2025. These acquisitions give Elite a multi-site presence and additional exposure to high growth, strategic end markets such as aerospace and defence. The success of these acquisitions positions Elite for continued organic and acquisitive growth with Lonsdale’s partnership.
