Overview

Senior Home Care Group is a domiciliary care group established in December 2024 to execute both a buy-and-build and branch roll out strategy in the UK private sector. Led by Darren Kennedy and Kelly Fox, who have extensive experience having previously led growth at some of the largest corporate groups in the sector. The group was established with the initial acquisition of Future Care Solutions, a private focused homecare business in Cambridge, as the first branch in its buy-and-build strategy. The group will pursue an M&A driven growth strategy alongside the organic roll out of branches, initially in the Home Counties and surrounding areas. The UK private homecare market is valued at more than £10 billion, so offers significant opportunity.
