The business is headquartered in Dublin and is led by CEO Ben Scallan and CFO Will Atkinson, both of whom have significant experience in the Irish healthcare market.
AHA’s first acquisition was a well-established GP practice in Kilmacud, Dublin. The platform is actively developing and executing its pipeline of acquisitions across Ireland. The roll-up strategy will be supplemented by a range of operational and strategic initiatives across the network to drive revenue and margin improvement.
