Elite is a market leading provider of electronic manufacturing services (“EMS”) to a diversified customer base in the UK. The Company is based in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland and will continue to be led by Jonathan Balfour (MD) and Neville Hale (Business Improvement Director).
Elite operates across a number of niche markets including medical devices, secure communications and wearable technology which are experiencing growth beyond that of the overall EMS sector. There is a significant opportunity to grow the core operations but also to expand internationally both organically and via acquisition. The team has prior successful experience in international expansion, so we are confident that they can replicate this success while partnered with Lonsdale.
