The Partners have many years of direct experience in adding value. This experience comes from operating at Management Committee and Board level in a number of different businesses. Key to the firm’s value creation approach is identification of businesses that have proven models, good market positioning and a core management team that has the ambition, skills and enthusiasm to partner with us. Prior to investment Lonsdale Capital Partners works with management to develop a value creation plan which sets out how to develop the business both organically and by acquisition.
In previous investments we have helped build the strategy, developed new business lines, globalised businesses, rebranded, performed add-on acquisitions, improved operations and helped build out the management team. This has resulted in significant growth in earnings, a wider group of potential acquirers on exit and ultimately significant multiples of money being made.
